When we practise together, our goal is to make peace with who we are and to love ourselves as we are. The perfect pose will follow with dedication and time. We’ll dive into a broad range of postures, meditations and spiritual learnings - nurturing your body and sharpening your conscience.

Fighting kidney failure at a young age left me feeling stressed and emotionally exhausted. But after years of ups and downs, I discovered yoga and began exploring mindfulness. It changed my whole outlook on life and taught me the joy there is in living!
