Autumn Retreat Day

Service Description

A beautiful yoga retreat day to leave you feeling refreshed and enriched. Join me for a nourishing day of yoga, food, breath work and meditation in a magical location. We will start our day with a meditation before moving through a movement workshop. We will then have a yummy vegan lunch outside and will go for a walk around the grounds. After lunch we will work through a grounding yin practice followed by a restorative & guided meditation and gong workshop.  We can't wait to lead you through this healing day.
