Service Description

A beautiful yoga retreat day to leave you feeling refreshed and enriched. Join me and Andrea for a nourishing day of yoga, food, breath work and meditation in a magical yurt. We will start our day with a meditation before moving through a wheel workshop before our yummy vegan lunch. During lunch you will have the option make an intention board or go for a walk around the lake (weather depending). After lunch we will work through a grounding yin practice followed by a restorative & guided meditation experience.  We can't wait to lead you through this healing day. Early Bird - £120 - 7th May - then £130  Members will receive a 10% discount
